I had an excellent experience at Serenity Dental. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist, Anastasia, greeted me warmly and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, professional, and very helpful in answering all my initial questions. My dental care was provided by Dr. Nair and Dr. Rao, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Both dentists were highly professional, attentive, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment in detail, which really helped me feel at ease. They were gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. I truly felt like I was in good hands, and I left with complete confidence in the care I received. I went to the clinic to have 2 bridge replacements done. The clinic has a beautiful atmosphere and a passionate working staff. The lobby/waiting room has great lighting, and the front office staff was friendly and processed me quickly. The efficiency and patience of the Dr. Nair made me feel like it was so easy and comfortable. I was amazed with the doctor's compassion and concern, and was pleased to receive follow-ups from her for almost a week after the procedure.
