I went to the clinic to have 2 bridge replacements done. The clinic has a beautiful atmosphere and a passionate working staff. The lobby/waiting room has great lighting, and the front office staff was friendly and processed me quickly. The efficiency and patience of the Dr. Nair made me feel like it was so easy and comfortable. I was amazed with the doctor's compassion and concern, and was pleased to receive follow-ups from her for almost a week after the procedure. I would recommend this clinic for their dedication, sincerity, expertise and honesty. Couldn't stop editing my post. If here were higher reviews I would have given that. Amazing... My third bridge look and feel amazing—so natural and comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the clinic itself is spotless and calming. I felt completely at ease from start to finish. As a person whose entire life, has been a struggle with crippling anxiety just walking in the front door of a dentist office. I can tell you there is something different and wonderful about Brinda Nair, as a care giver, they have the care and the giving part down pat. Moreover nothing feels painted on, there’s no contrivances, they’re trustworthy with their words and clear with their actions. After years of avoiding the dentist because of anxiety I decided I want to get my teeth sorted out before I’m 40. I could not have picked a better practice. From the moment you walk in the staff are gentle and attentive. Esme was my hygenist for my deep clean. I felt really cared for by her demeanor and level of skill. The handoff to the front desk staff (Hi Anastasia and Bailey!) was seamless. Dr. Nair made a treatment plan for me that feels approachable, especially with the care for anxious patients Serenity provides. Worth the drive from central Austin!

Serenity has the kindest employees, cleanest facility and most efficient work. Esme and I always have fun and relevant conversations and she is the fiercest hygienist with the most gentle touch. The whole team - I LOVE ‘em!!! If you are considering making this your dentist of choice, DO IT! Your beautiful teeth and healthy mouth will be the gift you give yourself!

I went in to Serenity dental to get a regular check up since I hadn’t been in a while. The ladies at the front desk, Ana and Bailey, greeted me with warm smiles and checked me in. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the back to get checked out. To my dismay, they discovered 2 cavities. Dr. Nair was extremely friendly and suggested I come back and get them filled. She was transparent about pricing and procedure, which was relatively reasonable. Overall, it was as good as any experience at a dental office can be. I will be returning to Serenity Dental for all of my future dental procedures. 10/10
