Replace Missing Teeth With Austin Dental Implants

Experience a fully renewed smile with beautiful dental implant restorations from Serenity Dental. Our team places restorations that blend perfectly with your natural teeth in color, shape, and function. You'll enjoy an outcome that looks, feels, and works just like your original teeth.

Austin dental implants offer unmatched benefits compared to other tooth replacement options. These durable solutions prevent bone loss while eliminating the slipping or clicking sometimes experienced with dentures. Implant crowns and bridges don't require altering adjacent healthy teeth like standard bridges do. With proper care, your implants can last for many years, making them a smart investment in your long-term oral health.

Complete Your Smile With Implant Crowns

Our implant-supported crowns provide an excellent way to replace missing teeth.

A dental implant will be placed in your jaw by a specialist, where it fully integrates with your bone. Then we create a custom porcelain crown that matches your original tooth in beauty and function.

This restoration attaches securely to the implant post. The tooth replacement looks and feels completely natural. No one will notice you were ever missing a tooth.

These durable, lifelike crowns restore your ability to bite and chew with nearly full strength - up to 90 percent of your natural chewing power. Unlike removable options, implant crowns stay fixed in place, allowing you to eat what you want without worry.

The crown's custom design ensures proper alignment with surrounding teeth, maintaining your bite balance while preventing neighboring teeth from shifting into the empty space.

Replace Multiple Teeth With Secure Implant Bridges

If you're missing multiple adjacent teeth, our implant-supported bridges provide a great solution.

Unlike traditional bridges that rely on natural teeth for support, these restorations attach securely to implants. This approach preserves your remaining healthy teeth while replacing several missing teeth at once. This strong, natural-looking section of replacement teeth completes your smile and restores proper facial contours.

You'll regain the confidence to eat, speak, and smile without hesitation. You'll enjoy improved chewing ability that lets you easily manage foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, and lean meats that are essential for good nutrition.

The fixed nature of these bridges means no messy adhesives or removal for cleaning. They stay securely in place, and you care for them just like natural teeth with regular brushing, flossing, and checkups.

To see if dental implants in Austin are right for you, contact Serenity Dental today for a consultation.

Hands down the best dental experience around! Dr. Nair is excellent, as are every single one of the staff. Great communication, great systems, great people. Worth the drive, even with the Oak Hill highway construction! Thanks y'all.

Dr. Nair is great at explaining proposed treatments and keep you updated and informed during treatment. Her gentle demeanor no doubt puts patients at ease. Her staff (shout out to Elizabeth) are super friendly as well.

From start to finish the service was great. This was my first ever time seeing a dentist and getting dental work in all of my 33 years of life and I could do it again. My son also had an appointment. He had been traumatized by a recent, unrelated, hospital visit, and was unsure about seeing the dentist. He was hesitant at first, but Dr. Nair walked him through his dental appointment. He started off turning his body sideways to avoid making eye contact, but in the end he ended up laying back and listening, even responding to her questions at times. When it was my turn, I had Esmeralda as a hygienist. She walked me through the cleaning and was so reassuring and patient with me. With this being my first time ever seeing a dentist or getting dental work, I had no idea what to expect. There was a minimal amount of times I expressed discomfort and as soon as I did, she stopped immediately, applied more gel, then worked on another area until she discomforted area was for sure numb. Dr. Nair literally walked me through it. As soon as I heard the drill come on, I felt a little anxiety. As soon as the filling started, I hear her not only comforting me through it but also coaching and explaining things to the assistant who was helping her at the time. As soon as a major part was done, she offered to take a break so that I can gather myself. I told her that it was not what I expected and went so smoothly that I was ready to start the next part right away. It was over before I knew it. For my first dental appointment, this was not only thorough, but very comforting through the entire process. I don’t want to find a professional to help back home in the DFW, I am perfectly fine coming back to Dr. Nair’s office in the future.

Frequently Asked Questions About Dental Implants

What is a dental implant?
A dental implant is a small titanium post surgically placed in your jawbone to replace a missing tooth root. Once healed, this post provides a sturdy foundation for attaching a custom crown or bridge. The titanium material fuses with your bone tissue, creating a durable, stable anchor for replacement teeth.
How long does the dental implant process take?
The complete process typically takes three to six months. After implant placement by a specialist, a healing period of several months allows the implant to fuse with your jawbone (osseointegration). Once integrated, we attach your custom restoration.
How long do dental implants last?
With proper care, the implant post itself can last a lifetime for many patients. The attached crown or restoration may need replacement after five to seven years due to normal wear. Regular dental checkups, daily brushing and flossing, and avoiding tobacco products significantly extend the lifespan of both the implant and restoration.
