I went in to Serenity dental to get a regular check up since I hadn’t been in a while. The ladies at the front desk, Ana and Bailey, greeted me with warm smiles and checked me in. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the back to get checked out. To my dismay, they discovered 2 cavities. Dr. Nair was extremely friendly and suggested I come back and get them filled. She was transparent about pricing and procedure, which was relatively reasonable. Overall, it was as good as any experience at a dental office can be. I will be returning to Serenity Dental for all of my future dental procedures. 10/10

I just spent nearly four hours at Serenity Dental, and somehow it felt more like a mini-vacation than a dental appointment — that’s how exceptional this place is. Dr. Brinda Nair is in a league of her own. Her skill, patience, and attention to detail made even a long, complex visit feel effortless. She explained everything clearly, checked in throughout the procedure, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. You can tell she genuinely cares about both the results and the patient experience. The staff deserves huge recognition as well — warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. They treat you like a person, not a chart, and that makes all the difference. If you’re looking for dental care that feels luxurious, peaceful, and truly patient-centered, this is the place. Four hours in this office felt like time well spent, and I left not only with great results but feeling relaxed — something I’ve never said after a dental appointment. Dr. Nair provides the ultimate in “white glove” dental service. She’s not only a certified dentist but also an experienced practitioner of health & wellbeing. You will find that she provides an added level of service to get to know your needs.. In the past she has made critical suggestions, that have helped me get the necessary help from my primary care provider. Serenity is an accurate name for her practice. Her staff is an extension of her kindness and sincere mission to help our community. I applaud all the hard work her & her team has put in over the last few years. Serenity Dental gets my vote for the #1 dental practice in all of Austin! Tell them “Ravi” sent you. 🙂

As a dental hygienist myself I can wholeheartedly say that Dr. Nair does excellent dental work. I’ve had very thorough and gentle cleanings by her and her hygienists as well as had a filling placed on one of my front teeth due to a chip in a very visible area and it is seamless with my natural tooth. The color match is perfect. I can also say that the equipment used here is top notch. I choose to get my cleanings done every 4 months and I get them done at the office I work at and here because I trust their work. I’ve been coming here for several years now and Dr. Nair and her team have not changed in their kind nature and fair prices.10/10 would recommend.

Serenity has the kindest employees, cleanest facility and most efficient work. Esme and I always have fun and relevant conversations and she is the fiercest hygienist with the most gentle touch. The whole team - I LOVE ‘em!!! If you are considering making this your dentist of choice, DO IT! Your beautiful teeth and healthy mouth will be the gift you give yourself!
