How should I clean my Invisalign aligners daily?

Clean your aligners by gently brushing with a soft toothbrush. Avoid toothpaste (too abrasive) and hot water (can warp plastic). Soak your aligners in hydrogen peroxide to sanitize them and rinse thoroughly before reinserting them.
