Dr. Nair and her team are fantastic. They go through great lengths to ensure their patients are as comfortable as they can be. It's obvious they care about their patients. As a person whose entire life, has been a struggle with crippling anxiety just walking in the front door of a dentist office. I can tell you there is something different and wonderful about Brinda Nair, as a care giver, they have the care and the giving part down pat. Moreover nothing feels painted on, there’s no contrivances, they’re trustworthy with their words and clear with their actions. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Nair and Dr. Rao. They are not only incredible dentists but also genuinely wonderful people. Their gentle approach and expertise make every visit a positive experience. The entire team, from the support staff to the office staff, are also fantastic. I went in to Serenity dental to get a regular check up since I hadn’t been in a while. The ladies at the front desk, Ana and Bailey, greeted me with warm smiles and checked me in. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the back to get checked out. To my dismay, they discovered 2 cavities. Dr. Nair was extremely friendly and suggested I come back and get them filled. She was transparent about pricing and procedure, which was relatively reasonable. Overall, it was as good as any experience at a dental office can be. I will be returning to Serenity Dental for all of my future dental procedures. 10/10
