I always love coming in for my check ups or whatever I need done. Dr Nair is such a sweet and compassionate person, and you can feel how much she cares about you and your treatment. Also, all of the hygienists and front desk workers always are kind and friendly, and they all work together to always deliver a wonderful experience!

The staff is always polite and kind, and the office is always clean — you can feel it as soon as you walk in. I’ve been coming here for years, even since the pandemic, and the doctor is truly caring. They take the time to really get to know you and always make sure you follow up on your dental health. I’ve been able to keep her as my dentist because I truly trust her. I’ve never felt like they were trying to upsell or overcharge me. My dentist is also very direct — she tells me what I don’t want to hear, but what I need to hear. I know I’ll get “in trouble” if I don’t take care of my teeth — and honestly, I appreciate that accountability! If y’all want a dentist, this is the one to go for!!

Edit: I absolutely love Dr. Rao as well, both her and Dr. Nair are amazing dentist. Also I'd like to give a shoutout to the front desk team, Bailey and Anastasia, they are the sweetest. They’re always welcoming, super helpful with scheduling, and make the whole experience so easy from start to finish. The office itself is clean, calm, and has such a welcoming vibe. Had such a great experience with Esme today! She was super friendly, gentle, and made the whole appointment super enjoyable. _____ Dr. Nair is an excellent dentist. I recently relocated to Austin from Seattle and was worrying about looking for a new dentist, but I got lucky I found Dr. Nair. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. We had a little chat after my care and I love talking to her :) On top of that, she took extra time to explain every procedure she was doing to me and make sure that I am always comfortable. Not to mention, the whole staff crews are so nice. I tested positive for covid a couple of days before the appointment. I tried calling the office but realized they are closed due to the holiday. I sent them an email and to my surprise, they called me right away to inform me it is okay to reschedule when I'm feeling better. The staff also waived my last-minute cancelation fee ~ The whole experience was 10/5 ✨✨✨ I would recommend Dr. Nair and this business to everyone. She and the team are the best dental crew in town!

5 stars isn't high enough! Serenity Dental is without a doubt the best dentistry i've found in Austin thus far (i've been to MANY Dentists over the past 7 years). Dr Rao is so precise, professional, and very caring. I had a lot of deep cavities and other imperfections, she constantly ensured I felt no pain, my teeth look incredible, and I was very comfortable throughout all of my treatments. Dr Nair is excellent as well, very skilled and kind. All the staff at Serenity are genuinely caring and so welcoming, they honestly feel like family. Booking and rescheduling is always a breeze, never any up-charging and always full transparency. I will definitely be a lifetime client. Conveniently located and super upmarket, clean building too. Thanks team!!!

Brinda is very caring and thorough with her work. She is great at explaining what is going on, and gives you solid advices for dental care on regular basis tracking your dental health very closely.She is very approachable, listens well and has great bedside manners. I also find her staff very friendly and professional. I highly recommend as your personal dentist.
