My dental care was provided by Dr. Nair and Dr. Rao, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Both dentists were highly professional, attentive, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment in detail, which really helped me feel at ease. They were gentle, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure.
The clinic itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. I truly felt like I was in good hands, and I left with complete confidence in the care I received. I went in to Serenity dental to get a regular check up since I hadn’t been in a while. The ladies at the front desk, Ana and Bailey, greeted me with warm smiles and checked me in. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the back to get checked out. To my dismay, they discovered 2 cavities. Dr. Nair was extremely friendly and suggested I come back and get them filled. She was transparent about pricing and procedure, which was relatively reasonable.
Overall, it was as good as any experience at a dental office can be. I will be returning to Serenity Dental for all of my future dental procedures.
