The staff is always polite and kind, and the office is always clean — you can feel it as soon as you walk in. I’ve been coming here for years, even since the pandemic, and the doctor is truly caring. They take the time to really get to know you and always make sure you follow up on your dental health. I’ve been able to keep her as my dentist because I truly trust her. I’ve never felt like they were trying to upsell or overcharge me. My dentist is also very direct — she tells me what I don’t want to hear, but what I need to hear. I know I’ll get “in trouble” if I don’t take care of my teeth — and honestly, I appreciate that accountability! If y’all want a dentist, this is the one to go for!!

They both took the time to explain treatments clearly and ensure our kids felt comfortable from a young age. Now that our children are adults, they still make it a priority to schedule their appointments and come home from college during breaks just to see Dr. Nair a true testament to the exceptional care they provide. Great experience and everyone was so nice and professional. Dr. Rao explained everything in detail and did an outstanding job on my teeth. Natalie was also nice and did an outstanding job with the X-rays and scanning of my teeth. Anastasia and Bailey were welcoming and professional and explained my treatment plan cost and insurance coverage. I am really happy with my visit today and Highly recommend Serenity Dental.

After many years of not being able to make it to the dentist, I finally decided to go in — and I’m so glad I chose Serenity Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nair and her hygienist, Asmi, were absolutely wonderful. They both have such calm and reassuring bedside manners. I truly appreciated that there was no pressure to buy products or add unnecessary treatments — everything felt honest and patient-focused. As someone who gets anxious about dental visits, I was especially grateful for Asmi’s care. She took her time to thoroughly and gently clean each tooth, gave me breaks when I needed them, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable.
