The lobby/waiting room has great lighting, and the front office staff was friendly and processed me quickly. The efficiency and patience of the Dr. Nair made me feel like it was so easy and comfortable. I was amazed with the doctor's compassion and concern, and was pleased to receive follow-ups from her for almost a week after the procedure. Serenity has the kindest employees, cleanest facility and most efficient work. Esme and I always have fun and relevant conversations and she is the fiercest hygienist with the most gentle touch. As a person whose entire life, has been a struggle with crippling anxiety just walking in the front door of a dentist office. I can tell you there is something different and wonderful about Brinda Nair, as a care giver, they have the care and the giving part down pat. Moreover nothing feels painted on, there’s no contrivances, they’re trustworthy with their words and clear with their actions.
