I went in to Serenity dental to get a regular check up since I hadn’t been in a while. The ladies at the front desk, Ana and Bailey, greeted me with warm smiles and checked me in. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the back to get checked out. To my dismay, they discovered 2 cavities. Dr. Nair was extremely friendly and suggested I come back and get them filled. She was transparent about pricing and procedure, which was relatively reasonable. Overall, it was as good as any experience at a dental office can be. I will be returning to Serenity Dental for all of my future dental procedures. 10/10

As a person whose entire life, has been a struggle with crippling anxiety just walking in the front door of a dentist office. I can tell you there is something different and wonderful about Brinda Nair, as a care giver, they have the care and the giving part down pat. Moreover nothing feels painted on, there’s no contrivances, they’re trustworthy with their words and clear with their actions. Put it this way, I moved almost one hour away from the office and still make the commute because it’s worth it to me. She has made a real and lasting difference in my life. Jerry Wheat.

As a dental hygienist myself I can wholeheartedly say that Dr. Nair does excellent dental work. I’ve had very thorough and gentle cleanings by her and her hygienists as well as had a filling placed on one of my front teeth due to a chip in a very visible area and it is seamless with my natural tooth. The color match is perfect. I can also say that the equipment used here is top notch. I choose to get my cleanings done every 4 months and I get them done at the office I work at and here because I trust their work. I’ve been coming here for several years now and Dr. Nair and her team have not changed in their kind nature and fair prices.10/10 would recommend.

Serenity has the kindest employees, cleanest facility and most efficient work. Esme and I always have fun and relevant conversations and she is the fiercest hygienist with the most gentle touch. After years of avoiding the dentist because of anxiety I decided I want to get my teeth sorted out before I’m 40. I could not have picked a better practice. From the moment you walk in the staff are gentle and attentive. Esme was my hygenist for my deep clean. I felt really cared for by her demeanor and level of skill. The handoff to the front desk staff (Hi Anastasia and Bailey!) was seamless. Dr. Nair made a treatment plan for me that feels approachable, especially with the care for anxious patients Serenity provides. Worth the drive from central Austin!
