As a person whose entire life, has been a struggle with crippling anxiety just walking in the front door of a dentist office. I can tell you there is something different and wonderful about Brinda Nair, as a care giver, they have the care and the giving part down pat. Moreover nothing feels painted on, there’s no contrivances, they’re trustworthy with their words and clear with their actions. Our entire family—my wife, our kids, and myself—all go here, and we couldn't be more impressed with the consistent, high-quality care we receive. Dr. Nair is simply wonderful, professional, and has a gentle approach that puts everyone at ease. Dr. Rao is equally fantastic and highly skilled. They both took the time to explain treatments clearly and ensure our kids felt comfortable from a young age. Now that our children are adults, they still make it a priority to schedule their appointments and come home from college during breaks just to see Dr. Nair a true testament to the exceptional care they provide. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to make our appointments smooth and pleasant. Absolute best dentists and oral hygienists that I've visited in the past 20 years, they are also the most professional and friendliest. The atmosphere is that of positivity and wellness and everybody seems to love their job and love their customers. ALL STAFF MEMBERS do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and accommodated. The prices seem to be at or below what I'm used to ( I've lived all over this country) but the results are much better. Everybody greets you as you walk by and everybody offers you a salutation as you leave. They give you reminder cards, reminder texts and emails if you ask. They even call you if they haven't heard back from you. You're not going to miss an appointment with them and you're never going to regret going. I will never go to another dental office, Dr. Nair is amazing, very nice and caring, she is looking out for your best interest.😁

I always love coming in for my check ups or whatever I need done. Dr Nair is such a sweet and compassionate person, and you can feel how much she cares about you and your treatment. Also, all of the hygienists and front desk workers always are kind and friendly, and they all work together to always deliver a wonderful experience!

I went in to Serenity dental to get a regular check up since I hadn’t been in a while. The ladies at the front desk, Ana and Bailey, greeted me with warm smiles and checked me in. Within 5 minutes I was on my way to the back to get checked out. To my dismay, they discovered 2 cavities. Dr. Nair was extremely friendly and suggested I come back and get them filled. She was transparent about pricing and procedure, which was relatively reasonable. Overall, it was as good as any experience at a dental office can be. I will be returning to Serenity Dental for all of my future dental procedures. 10/10
