You can tell she genuinely cares about both the results and the patient experience. The staff deserves huge recognition as well — warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. Serenity has the kindest employees, cleanest facility and most efficient work. Esme and I always have fun and relevant conversations and she is the fiercest hygienist with the most gentle touch.
