I’ve been coming to Serenity Dental for years! The staff has always been so incredible and the dentist is very thorough, kind, and provides many options to make your teeth the best it can be based on your needs! I genuinely enjoy coming to the dentist and see my visits with serenity dental as a treat vs another doctor appointment! I highly recommend them and will absolutely continue coming here for all teeth business!

As someone who has severe anxiety due to a teenage dental traumatic experience, Serenity Dental is the only place I have felt comfortable. Caring, professional, gentle as can be…. and both dentists want what is best for you and your dental situation. Front staff is so kind and helpful; the office is calm, clean and easily accessible.

Great experience and everyone was so nice and professional. Dr. Rao explained everything in detail and did an outstanding job on my teeth. Natalie was also nice and did an outstanding job with the X-rays and scanning of my teeth. Anastasia and Bailey were welcoming and professional and explained my treatment plan cost and insurance coverage. I am really happy with my visit today and Highly recommend Serenity Dental.

Absolute best dentists and oral hygienists that I've visited in the past 20 years, they are also the most professional and friendliest. The atmosphere is that of positivity and wellness and everybody seems to love their job and love their customers. ALL STAFF MEMBERS do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and accommodated. The prices seem to be at or below what I'm used to ( I've lived all over this country) but the results are much better. Everybody greets you as you walk by and everybody offers you a salutation as you leave. They give you reminder cards, reminder texts and emails if you ask. They even call you if they haven't heard back from you. You're not going to miss an appointment with them and you're never going to regret going. I will never go to another dental office, Dr. Nair is amazing, very nice and caring, she is looking out for your best interest.😁

If I could give 6 stars I would.. first and foremost I want to say thank you to Natalie, Bailey, and Anastasia for letting someone that hasn’t been to the dentist in 10 yrs that everything was going to be okay.. I was scared but put my scared level at 4/5 to look cool.. just a weird feeling going back to the dentist knowing you need work done.. Dr. Nair was great. There was no wait, she explained everything, and even helped understand how things would work in the two most important realms to me: financially and timeline. Thank you and I’ll be sure to tell anyone that needs dental work to go to Serenity Dental. I’m so sorry as well because I forgot the names of the two lovely ladies (one from Chicagoland) that did my fillings today. It was early and my mouth was numb so please don’t hold it against me!

Edit: I absolutely love Dr. Rao as well, both her and Dr. Nair are amazing dentist. Also I'd like to give a shoutout to the front desk team, Bailey and Anastasia, they are the sweetest. They’re always welcoming, super helpful with scheduling, and make the whole experience so easy from start to finish. The office itself is clean, calm, and has such a welcoming vibe. Had such a great experience with Esme today! She was super friendly, gentle, and made the whole appointment super enjoyable. _____ Dr. Nair is an excellent dentist. I recently relocated to Austin from Seattle and was worrying about looking for a new dentist, but I got lucky I found Dr. Nair. She is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. We had a little chat after my care and I love talking to her :) On top of that, she took extra time to explain every procedure she was doing to me and make sure that I am always comfortable. Not to mention, the whole staff crews are so nice. I tested positive for covid a couple of days before the appointment. I tried calling the office but realized they are closed due to the holiday. I sent them an email and to my surprise, they called me right away to inform me it is okay to reschedule when I'm feeling better. The staff also waived my last-minute cancelation fee ~ The whole experience was 10/5 ✨✨✨ I would recommend Dr. Nair and this business to everyone. She and the team are the best dental crew in town!

After many years of not being able to make it to the dentist, I finally decided to go in — and I’m so glad I chose Serenity Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Nair and her hygienist, Asmi, were absolutely wonderful. They both have such calm and reassuring bedside manners. I truly appreciated that there was no pressure to buy products or add unnecessary treatments — everything felt honest and patient-focused. As someone who gets anxious about dental visits, I was especially grateful for Asmi’s care. She took her time to thoroughly and gently clean each tooth, gave me breaks when I needed them, and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. That level of patience and understanding meant so much to me. This was by far the most comfortable dental experience I’ve had, and I’m genuinely happy I went. I would highly recommend Serenity Dental to anyone, especially if you feel nervous about dental visits.
