Caring, professional, gentle as can be…. and both dentists want what is best for you and your dental situation. Front staff is so kind and helpful; the office is calm, clean and easily accessible.

5 stars isn't high enough! Serenity Dental is without a doubt the best dentistry i've found in Austin thus far (i've been to MANY Dentists over the past 7 years). Dr Rao is so precise, professional, and very caring. I had a lot of deep cavities and other imperfections, she constantly ensured I felt no pain, my teeth look incredible, and I was very comfortable throughout all of my treatments. Dr Nair is excellent as well, very skilled and kind. All the staff at Serenity are genuinely caring and so welcoming, they honestly feel like family. Booking and rescheduling is always a breeze, never any up-charging and always full transparency. I will definitely be a lifetime client. Conveniently located and super upmarket, clean building too. Brinda is very caring and thorough with her work. She is great at explaining what is going on, and gives you solid advices for dental care on regular basis tracking your dental health very closely.She is very approachable, listens well and has great bedside manners. I also find her staff very friendly and professional. I highly recommend as your personal dentist.

I cannot recommend Dr. Nair and her team highly enough. From the moment you walk in, you are treated with genuine kindness and care. The entire team is thoughtful, professional, and incredibly attentive to patient comfort. Dr. Nair is exceptionally thorough and gentle, which makes every visit feel calm and reassuring. She takes the time to explain everything in great detail, making sure you fully understand your options and what to expect. I especially appreciate that she never pressures you to make an immediate decision and truly respects your comfort level and timing. If you're looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, patient-focused, and supported by a wonderful team, Dr. Nair is an excellent choice.

Absolute best dentists and oral hygienists that I've visited in the past 20 years, they are also the most professional and friendliest. The atmosphere is that of positivity and wellness and everybody seems to love their job and love their customers. ALL STAFF MEMBERS do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and accommodated. The prices seem to be at or below what I'm used to ( I've lived all over this country) but the results are much better. Everybody greets you as you walk by and everybody offers you a salutation as you leave. They give you reminder cards, reminder texts and emails if you ask. They even call you if they haven't heard back from you. You're not going to miss an appointment with them and you're never going to regret going. I will never go to another dental office, Dr. Nair is amazing, very nice and caring, she is looking out for your best interest.😁
