From start to finish the service was great. This was my first ever time seeing a dentist and getting dental work in all of my 33 years of life and I could do it again. My son also had an appointment. He had been traumatized by a recent, unrelated, hospital visit, and was unsure about seeing the dentist. He was hesitant at first, but Dr. Nair walked him through his dental appointment. He started off turning his body sideways to avoid making eye contact, but in the end he ended up laying back and listening, even responding to her questions at times. When it was my turn, I had Esmeralda as a hygienist. She walked me through the cleaning and was so reassuring and patient with me. With this being my first time ever seeing a dentist or getting dental work, I had no idea what to expect. There was a minimal amount of times I expressed discomfort and as soon as I did, she stopped immediately, applied more gel, then worked on another area until she discomforted area was for sure numb. Dr. Nair literally walked me through it. As soon as I heard the drill come on, I felt a little anxiety. As soon as the filling started, I hear her not only comforting me through it but also coaching and explaining things to the assistant who was helping her at the time. As soon as a major part was done, she offered to take a break so that I can gather myself. I told her that it was not what I expected and went so smoothly that I was ready to start the next part right away. It was over before I knew it. For my first dental appointment, this was not only thorough, but very comforting through the entire process. I don’t want to find a professional to help back home in the DFW, I am perfectly fine coming back to Dr. Nair’s office in the future.

Our entire family—my wife, our kids, and myself—all go here, and we couldn't be more impressed with the consistent, high-quality care we receive. Dr. Nair is simply wonderful, professional, and has a gentle approach that puts everyone at ease. Dr. Rao is equally fantastic and highly skilled. They both took the time to explain treatments clearly and ensure our kids felt comfortable from a young age. Now that our children are adults, they still make it a priority to schedule their appointments and come home from college during breaks just to see Dr. Nair a true testament to the exceptional care they provide. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and always goes the extra mile to make our appointments smooth and pleasant. The staff is always polite and kind, and the office is always clean — you can feel it as soon as you walk in. I’ve been coming here for years, even since the pandemic, and the doctor is truly caring. They take the time to really get to know you and always make sure you follow up on your dental health. I’ve been able to keep her as my dentist because I truly trust her. I’ve never felt like they were trying to upsell or overcharge me. My dentist is also very direct — she tells me what I don’t want to hear, but what I need to hear. I know I’ll get “in trouble” if I don’t take care of my teeth — and honestly, I appreciate that accountability! If y’all want a dentist, this is the one to go for!!

I always love coming in for my check ups or whatever I need done. Dr Nair is such a sweet and compassionate person, and you can feel how much she cares about you and your treatment. Also, all of the hygienists and front desk workers always are kind and friendly, and they all work together to always deliver a wonderful experience!

If I could give 6 stars I would.. first and foremost I want to say thank you to Natalie, Bailey, and Anastasia for letting someone that hasn’t been to the dentist in 10 yrs that everything was going to be okay.. I was scared but put my scared level at 4/5 to look cool.. just a weird feeling going back to the dentist knowing you need work done.. Dr. Nair was great. There was no wait, she explained everything, and even helped understand how things would work in the two most important realms to me: financially and timeline. Thank you and I’ll be sure to tell anyone that needs dental work to go to Serenity Dental. I’m so sorry as well because I forgot the names of the two lovely ladies (one from Chicagoland) that did my fillings today. It was early and my mouth was numb so please don’t hold it against me!
